COVID-19 COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES

COVID-19 is affecting everyone in our region. At the Telluride Foundation, we will deploy every resource available to assist our community through this difficult time. This COVID-19 Individual and Family Resource page aims to provide a location where you can access or get directed to how to volunteer, donate or access services available to you and your family.

DONATE: We hope that those of us who can, will donate to the Foundation’s COVID-19 Response Fund to help us provide critical services to those most in need. Click HERE for more information.

VOLUNTEER: Many people in our region need assistance. School lunches need to be made and distributed to children; elderly residents who have been told to stay home need assistance buying groceries and getting safely to critical medical appointments. If you would like to volunteer please click HERE.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Good Neighbor Fund (GNF): If you and/or you family are struggling financially during this health crisis, we urge you to ask us for help by applying for support through our GNF which can provide financial assistance to help pay your rent, utility and/or medical bills. Please read the GNF CRITERIA and use this APPLICATION to apply. Send completed applications and required documentation to  GNF@tchnetwork.org or call (970) 708-7096. Residents of Ouray County should use this same Good Neighbor Fund application.

FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN: Bright Futures for Early Childhood & Families Children has gathered a solid list of resources for regional families. From finding out about lunch programs being offered during school closures to info on regional food banks and social services, visit their WEBSITE for up to date information on the resources available across the region.
