One of the simplest ways to make a gift to the Foundation is through your will. You can name the Telluride Foundation as a direct beneficiary of specific assets, of a portion of your estate or of your residual estate after payment of other bequests. Bequests to the Foundation are entirely free from federal estate tax and can therefore offer substantial estate tax savings. There is no limit to the amount you can leave to the Foundation through your will.
Individuals and families, who are committed to sustaining a stronger Telluride community for future generations, may do so through a planned gift to continue giving back, forever. Becoming a Telluride Forever donor ensures that your commitment to a thriving community continues well into the future.
